I started Raw Vegan November 8th due to Hemiplegic Migraines. I have spent the majority of the last 3 years in bed in unbelievable pain and temp paralysis and other symptoms. Less than 2 weeks into my experiment on Raw Vegan and it got a lot better, it is still getting better and other areas of my health are getting better. I've never been healthy before and I'm looking forward to it.
